Cambridge HealthCare Limited is a large-scale business organization engaged in manufacturing and distribution of medicines related to skin deceases in UK and in India. The company has two manufacturing plants in India and one in UK. To markets its products the company has a vast distribution network managed through its divisional offices located across various cities in India and UK.
  Business Requirements
The company requirement was: “We want a enterprise wide resource planning system that is truly flexible, highly scalable and that can integrate our business activities with our operations and back office systems. The system should be truly flexible, scalable to meet future needs as well as deliver stable performance.”

The company also wanted to have an e-business solution whereby they can automate its Distributors Management System. Distributors had to use Fax or file transfers for new supplies and sales status. This where then manually entered. This was cumbersome to both the company and its distributors.
